Taiko Drumming is a compelling form of Japanese musical culture, especially during the Summer Obon dance season. Exchange visitors to Izu-shi, our sister city in Japan, have been thrilled by local performances. On Saturday August 31st, we can enjoy Taiko Drumming and Bon Odori dancing right here in Nelson.
